I know it's Christmas but I got an Ipod Classic 80GB and my desktop is a Microsoft Windows 2003?

However I cannot download newer versions of Itunes and my Ipod is not recognised so I cannot download songs. What can I do?

It says Windows XP or Vista does that mean it won't work on Microsoft 2003. Also everyone keeps sayin drag and drop but how does that work?

Install the major update to 2003 if you don't have it already. It includes full Vista support.

You should already have USB 2.0, but if you don't, it's required. Check your device manager. If you're not sure, install it anyway
