I don't know if you have asked this question as a joke. But let me answer you a in scientific terms. You know that hydrogen in sun fuse to give helium.Scientists have discovered that if somehow helium can fuse in right proportion it can give carbon & other elements. So if somehow iron is got by this fusion(which is impossible) which has the highest nuclear binding energy per nucleon , then sun will bust or collapse in nanoseconds!

Well, if ur lucky to get close to the 6000 degree Celsius sun without roasting to powder, U'll still find it quite impossible to break the sun which is millions or billions of times larger than the earth.
A tip though.. Dont go breaking up the sun anytime soon.. U'll destroy all life on earth, yourself included;-)

The sun is made of hot dense gases, that are closely packed around a core. Can you break gases?
Obviously no.
So you cannot break the sun, which is basically made of gases.

Yes, not only me, you also can break the sun by just breaking the bonds between the plasma gases which comprises the sun.
