I've learned by doing that, that it is not the best thing. Now I choose my battles more wisely. I have learned the importance of restraint, although most of the time it is still hard for me to do.

Well I use to try but I have pretty much stop doing this because it didn't seem to matter. Some people just don't know how to care about others and their feelings.

Almost never, I think peoples feelings are pretty obvious for the most part.....if someones gonna ignore mine, I'll be damned if I'm going to waste my time yelling and screaming about it. I assume they don't give a crap and move on....

I make my feelings known only to those I know they can feel the same as I do.
For the others, I keep them to myself.

I don't really try to do that.

only when necessary. I try not to cause friction where there isn't any, unless they're asking for it.
