America and World Police?

ANYWAY...to your question: Why can the US not catch the cowardly terrorist in his own back yard (in the US)?

Simple...most police officers (99%+) are not trained for counter terrorism. Next, unless the Officer can show that there is a legitimate reason for him to be suspicious (called "Probable Cause"), his/her investigatory power is hamstrung. This is so that the state can not simply strart investigating someone at random to see if (s)he *might* commit an illegal act. The police have to wait until the person either commits the act, is caught in the act, or acts in such a way as to cause persons to believe (s)he is about to commit such an act (and given the "Probable Cause" problem, helps explain why people are rarely arrested BEFORE the crime and charged with Conspiracy to...).

As for the belief that they are the World's Police...given the official - and "permanent" - Isolationist directive of the US Federal Government, anything that doesn't directly impact the US or what the US Government declares to be it's "National Interests," is ignored. Which is why the genocide in Africa was ignored, as was about 10 years of brutality in East Timor, but the invasion of Quwait was acted on. The first two had no impact, directly or otherwise on the US, or her "Interests," but the Iraqi move on a US friendly Oil Producer did!

Its only the rich elite who believe they should create a New World order, that way everything is controlled, everyone is chipped and trackable, everyone uses emoney and every transaction can be traced, wages are all set as low as possible so that the world becomes full of slaves ruled over by a minority of rich families (roughly 10,000 profiteers). Thats the only reason the US administration has been trying for 30 years to install the NWO.........because to install such a bullshit agenda they need to create military style police departments.

America simply wants to own and operate the Middle East not police it, though that will be required, either way it creates new terrorists by giving them a raison d'être. Terrorists are by and large a myth created to justify this vicious cycle of imperialism.
