Try shutting everything down for 30 seconds and restarting.

Just curious.. how did you post this question if your Internet is not working?

I presume that you have a only one device connecting to the modem and you have a dynamic IP address from your ISP.

Turn off the modem. Configure your wired port of your pc to obtain an IP and DNS address automatically. (Right click Network neighborhood, select properties, right click on the wired port, select properties and follow prompt).

Turn on modem. Reboot pc.

Once rebooted, open command prompt (start, run - type in cmd and hit enter). Type in "ipconfig /all" and hit return, quotes are not entered in command prompt. You should see your LAN IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and other info. Your wireless should not be complete unless you are picking up a wireless from someone else. If your wired connection does not have an IP address there is a connection problem between router and pc; perhaps the cable is bad or it needs to be a cross vs straight cable. Once you are successful with the IP address, you should be able to see the internet on your browser.

IT IS CRITICAL to have rebooted the modem so be sure to do this first.

Any problem, start up a new question telling exactly what you did and we can help more if needed.
