Yes, endometriosis is known to cause vaginal bleeding during and after intercourse. It could also be from the cyst on your cervix that you are having the bleeding.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis via laparoscopy in October this year and experienced some bleeding during intercourse too before my diagnosis. After my surgery I have not had any bleeding during intercourse, however I still experience some pain during intercourse which my gyno thinks could be from my birth control causing vaginal dryness.

I would recommend if you continue to experience the bleeding or spotting during or after intercourse you consult with your gyno just to rule out anything else.

Good luck :)

Yes, endometriosis could possibly cause bleeding after sex. As for the cyst on your cervix yes, this can cause bleeding but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

They can both be the cause. Doesn't matter if he didn't go far in...if you don't have any other endo symptoms, I'd think it is the cyst.
