Sony Ericsson W700i,this fone really rocks for music and can support upto 4gb external memoryand has 32mb internal memory.Has quality sound.Has a 2megapixel camera and has flash and auto focus features.

Nokia N Series is the best phones available in the market. N 70 falls in your price range. Nokia 5300 is also damn good.

Go for Nokia N70 Music edition coz its the best & moving handset or else if u need good sound then buy 6233 it comes under your budget of nearly 8k !
