Does anyone know how to use the sansa connect?

Question

I got for Christmas but, on my computer and my husbands I tried to connect the usb and it's not reading device can anyone walk me through on what's going on.

It says device not found?

I tried over and over again... Still no device found

I found several solutions on the Sandisk website.......you might try there.......something similar happened with a buddie's Zune, he kept getting the error message........I'd call him, but he's out of country at the moment......You might want to Google Sansa and click on the comments/problems/solutions tab.......Good luck!!!
