If India win toss then they should bat, there is no second guessing.

Bat! Australia have got a great record when batting first. Half of the time they dont get bowled out and declare! If Australia get a big score how is India going to win the test?

If I was them, I'd bat. I don't know what the conditions are going to be like, or how the pitch is shaping up, but they can't risk sending us (Australia) in and letting them get a huge first innings total which will put all the pressure on the Indians when they're chasing. Bat first, and get a big total (and hope the Aussies don't pick an all-out pace attack).

It depends on the moisture content of the pitch and environment.Only if it is highly in favour of seam and swing should we bowl.
If such conditions would only last for about an hour it is better to bat.

Pray that the Australian team bus crashes on the way to the ground. Only chance they have.

Well, if they win the toss, my guess would be they must try to score.
