how to buy personalised music cards?

i want to make a personalised music card with the song 'can you feel the love tonight' by elton john. does anyone of you all know the company of music card distributors? i need to custom make my card.. any help is appreciated. anyway, i am in singapore, so a distributor in singapore is better.
