Being in jail.
And now come to think of it, being homeless...

Good lord, what morbid thoughts...

I would guess it is being homeless due to the fact that jail will provide you with basic living requirements that being homeless does not, however most homeless people are very independent.

Being homeless for sure. Jail isn't so bad honestly. You get food, shelter, education, time with others, and even entertainment. They let you watch tv in jail!

but being homeless, tying to make ends meet with how they are going to eat another day, it must be crazy.

Both are equally hard, but I think being homeless is worse. Cos ur practically helpless.. In jail u've at least got food and shelter (In the form of ur cell), though no freedom.
Though when ur homeless, u've got freedom, but no shelter.. And believe me, it sucks when it starts raining or snowing..

Both are bad. At least a homeless person can come and go as they wish.
