URGENT HELP PLEASE - sisters a b***h!?

Question

How can I stop people who use my computer which has internet from accessing the internet without a particular password etc. I dont want to unplug the modem but dont want to allow them to use the internet unless I want them too???

It has something called "internet password lock"

i know if you have microsoft you can put a password to block out everything. but im not sure how to block just the internet. i think when you put a general password on it you can create user names and then you can block access to certain areas like the internet.

click start.then, control panel, network connections then left click mouse ,click disable.access to internet is disabled then.to get it back on line .go to same steps to network connections then click enable and you are back on line.
