I would respond that we all suck at something. However, I am reasonably literate, have a basic understanding of sentence structure, know how to spell simple words such as WHAT and YOU, have a shift key on my computer for capitalization, understand how to use punctuation, including an ellipsis. . . .
I would also respond that you are undoubtedly brilliant at something else!
