I would be happy if he won, but the American people as a whole do not really value intelligence. Or a lot of experience-- they want somebody fresh and new. Hence Obama, who just got there.

Are you joking? Biden is the worst of a very bad lot. Second only to Howard Dean.

No it is most LACKING of intelligence......actually second ....only to Hillary supporters
