I don't know if it's my "favorite" or not, but I saw a cheesey B movie once where a guy slammed a woman down onto a desk & one of those spike-on-a-stand note holders went thru her head & out her eye. I'm scared to death of those note holders now. I'm always afraid if I had one I'll trip & fall on it, or one of the cats will jump up onto my desk & impale themselves on it. Creeps me out.

it was in one of the Nightmare on Elm St movies.... something came up from under the bed and impaled the guy on it. or maybe it was Friday the 13th. Eh, one of the older ones, before all horror movies became cookie cutter flicks.

The ending of Dead Again.. not sure why I liked it so much.. it was just the perfect way for the character to die.

In "The Princess Bride" Mandy Patankin as Inigo Montoya confronts his father's murderer. he keeps saying, "My name is Inigo Montoya; you killed my father, now prepare to die!" as he stabs him repeatedly.
I guess you have to see it. It's a great scene!
