May peace break into your house and may thieves
come to steal your debts.
May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet of $100 bills.
May love stick to your face and may laughter assault your lips!
May your clothes smell of success like smoking tires and
May happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy.
May the problems you had, forget your home address!

My goals for 2008:
*to have more patience
*learn new vocabulary and quit cussing
*eat healthier and smaller portions less frequently - ha ha!
*strive to be a better person, spouse, mother and friend
*learn to love myself no matter what others think of me
*appreciate small daily happenings that make life so spectacular

to accomplish academic success in my experience of studying abroad.
to be fluent in 2 or 3 languages (English, French and Spanish)
to lead a healthy and prolific life
I have to make a lot of efforts to realize these wishes!

That my house in another city sells soon! Two mortgages is straining the grain...thank goodness they're both fixed but that is a small comfort when you're writing that check.

And, no, not a cliche but PEACE for the whole world. This business of "who shall we invade next" is getting kinda boring and is not the way forward. God gave us brains to think of better ways to solve problems and a mouth to communicate with theones we dislike. Let's use them !!
