No, it is not hard to learn about Christianity. If you are sincere on becoming a Christian, then you ask God to show you what you need to know. Read the Holy Bible (King James Version) for it will let you know how to live. God is good and he is a forgiving God. He will never leave or forsake you, give your whole heart to him and pray. It is made harder by the way in which differing sects of Christianity distrust and disavow each others beliefs.
People rarely change all their beliefs - for example, if you wish to change from Islam to Christianity, it seems you still accept the existence of the God of Abraham. Your best move would be to ask for information about the different Christian Churches from whichever branch of the Church has the 'broadest' and most inclusive range of adherents, and then to narrow down what it is that you really feel to be true. Progress from there.
On the other hand, if you have strong links with a particular country, you may find it better to ask questions about the form of Christianity most commonly practised there.

It's not really difficult to learn about the basic tenets and such of Christianity if you are truly willing to convert. The difficult part is actually understanding the religion, as Christianity is composed of many different denominations and they often have conflicting views.

you dont really have to "learn" christanity you really just need to believe that Jesus died on the cross for you to forgive your sins. also try reading a bible...like the new king james or the message (they are quite easy to read) God Bless
