How come that the body area "down there" of some women is darker than their actual skin color and some are not ?

Is there a way to make it lighter ?

Sometimes the background of heritage can cause the skin down below to be darker.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

As for how to make it lighter a dermatologist (they also diagnose and treat diseases and disorders that involve the skin and hair but also offer some cosmetic options) might have options available to help the coloring. I would recommend a consultation with them to see what they say.

well, some women have so much luck that they have the same skin tone on all parts of their body, and that's nature... god created it that way...
if you want to have an even skin tone right down in your _____
go and find a cosmetic doctor that will help you with your problem...

No two women are completely alike. Each one is beautiful and desirable in her own way.

If you feel the need to change the way a woman looks, you are way to immature to be in a relationship regardless of how casual or serious it is. Grow up.
