Santa does not give bombs. His punishment for being bad is coal int he sock.
Remember also that Santa Clause is connected with christianity therefore does not visit other people who are not christians
If Santa gave a bomb to a christian it would be gonsidered a wonderful gift because it could be used to kill and maim non christians who are, according to any christian you ask, going to hell anyway. Since there must be a body to participate int he resurrection, bombing a non christian is OK, not terrorism, because there will be no body to go to heaven or hell. Much less overpopulation.
My christmas wish - Please Santa, bring me a bomb. Let me do your holy work.
