So many parts, but the best has to be that I got my wish from God that my Son would live and possibly go on to live a happy and as healthy as possible life.
My oldest Son gave me one of the most thoughtful gifts that I could have imagined. He really put a lot of thought and time into his gift.
AND......now I have a real "fiancee" in the house. My Son gave his girlfriend my Grandmother's ring. I had had reservations in the beginning but this girl is kind and sweet and they are good for one another.
I cannot think of a bad part of this Christmas. No arguments, a peaceful dinner, no drunks and fighting and I actually ended up with time that I could get online and chat with all my good buddies. So many of you are just like family to me. I've been busy, but now with the holidays over I'll be around a lot more.
This definitely has been a "Wonderful Life" this year for me. God has blessed me over and over.

christmas dinner with family and friends, watching not only the kids squealing in delight but some of us adults as well. now when the traffic and chaos settles down it well be even better still

For me, it was going all out with decorating the tree, especially the lights, which I used to do when I was younger but had gotten away from while living by myself. It is so much nicer when you can share the tradition with family.

Giving my daughter her gifts from "Santa"!!!
Spending time with my family!!!
And playing with my niece - I don't get along with my sister-in-law and don't see my niece often - she is such a joy!!!!!
