The latest news on black holes is that scientist now think that they may have formed first and caused the rest of the helium cloud that produced them to form stars instead of the other way around. You can't see black holes because they won't let light escape them so we have to watch and take pictures of other stars in hope of finding ones that spin around an unseen object.

Nothing really new has been reported on black holes. You will never see a picture of one, they can't be seen by the eye or a camera.
