Permanent markers (depending on the dyes used) will have permanently dyed the leather. Anything that claims to guarantee to remove it will also damage the finish on the leather.

Use a foam water based leather cleaner to see if it makes any difference if it doesn't then much stronger chemicals have to be used which will as I have said damage the finish so are best left to a qualified technician who will aslo be able to recolour and finish any areas that need it.

Please do not use baby wipes on leather furniture they will damage the finish. Magic erasers act like very fine sand paper so will almost certainly remove finish and/or pigment along with any felt tip it removes.
Solvents and alcohol will damage the leather finish and hairspray can be very problematic to fix if it doesn't work as it will spread it further and may be impossible to remove.

Leather needs gentle cleaning and the products should do the work , any scrubbing will damage it.

I don't know where the idea of milk came from it is quite a common one but will not work and may leave other problems to deal with.

Best to call a specialist technician to solve this for you

dampen a white T-shirt with water, add denatured alcohol make a couple of passes and then blend out, repeat up to 3 times before you have to leave the finish to cure back up as you will have softened it slightly and dont want to pull off color. (you can use a hair dryer to speed this up)
Never rub hard or in just one spot- always blend out.
When done apply a good leather conditioner with protectant in it to the surface.
