The Oxford University Press has publishe a number of useful books on arithmetic and other related fields. Exceptionally well-written, they are very helpful for private study too.
There are other venues you might want to explore: The National Extension College of Cambridge is a non-profit institution with extremely well-crafted andv easy courses. Their fees are reasonable too. Then there is anotherone; the open university. This is afirst rate institution withefficient and competent staff. Try these and you will we doing a good course of studies which you will enjoy. Many thanks.

You have not mentioned your present level.

For starters , you can visit www.purplemath.com

If you really want maths to become a life-long obsession , I cannot recommend a better site than www.cut-the-knot.org

For fresh ways of looking at 'boring' maths topics , another good site is betterexplained.com
