There's a hotel (tower) in Nashville that I have been to that has windowed elevators that are a blast to ride.

Yep.
One time me and my friend went shopping and there was these 2 glass elevators and like we tried to make them go at the same time and every time we got to a diffrent level we would run out and quickly jump into the opposite elevator. We were panting and like coughing so much and this one guy was like 'Do you need a puffer' LOL. Soooo much fun, i recommend it, there used to eb this old hotel down the road that was like 17 storeys high, my dads friend owned it, so i got to like run aroudn in it when i was a kid, it was really old like it had the ticker and the old buttons and thingys, it was glassed, i wonder if im talkinh about the building the other girl was describing, LOL, anyways, one time i skipped in and decided to go up and down with my big brother whow as 3 years older than me, and we got stuck on like the 7th floor, and i was bloody bursting my eyes out, i was only 8 at the time.

In Pittsburgh, in the U.S. Steel Building, there is (or at least was....this was years ago) an express elevator to take people from the ground floor up to the Top of the Triangle Restaurant on the 62nd, 63rd floor, something like that. And it was fast enough leave your stomach behind and your ears pop. It was fun. I haven't thought about that in years....thanks for the trip down Memory Lane, and have a Merry Christmas.

Hell no! I try to avoid them. I do like the elevator ride at disney world though. lol Hollywood Tower Hotel

Well, not in this country. (Pakistan) They could be a death trap. They are never properly maintained and usually don't work anyway. There's no phone inside to call for help.
But when we visit the West, we ride on them for fun so my kids can have the experience. They think it's great.

there's a historic street in my town that has this one building, and inside the building there's an old elevator with straw ticking about the bottom, every time i visit that part of town i ride in that elevator... and of course its windowed..lol

haha i was on a cruise with my cousins once and we spent an hour on the windowed elevators asking people what level they wanted to go on and we would take them there xD
