have you tried calling and inquiring where your item is? Usually companies that don't have a product to you in the promised amount of time will refund the s/h price if you haven't received it. They might also be able to provide you with a tracking number (I've found that sometimes FedEx will inexplicably have a shipment STOP at a random location on the way for several days - completely out of control for the shipper).

You don't have liable means to sue a company for not providing your a service as stated. Time frames are just that, time frames, because of the holiday season there's usually fine print in every contract or business ledger stating that holidays may exceed the normal statute of the delivery process from 7 days and may exceed it as business is getting more orders on a daily basis. The only thing you can do is to request for some type of refund, or percentage back for the delay.

Since the domain was registered in China you are most likely SOL. The address for the company appears to be a valid address, but it may just be a front and not even exist, or they are selling Chinese knock-offs. I hope you used a credit card and not a debit card. Credit card companies can usually reverse charges if you are ripped off. You should contact your credit card company imediately. Good Luck!

contact them and ASK for expected delivery date--chill--you won't always get everything at the exact date projected. If you cant wait, ask for refund.
