This band My Chemical Underpants has one of the most dangerous fan clubs in the World .
Here on Q&A people have been threatend with violence one story of a resteraunt that had bomb threats becaues one of the band was sick after eating there and fans that say they will fight to the death for this band.
And then the band tell people to just go and die.
So if you asks me you should keep your kids away from them they are bad news.

I understand how someone can listen to bands that had vocalist that aren't amazing (I don't like MCR though, I actually quite despise them). If you have amazing music, vocals can be overlooked, or imperfect vocals can actually match the mucic.
Take for example, Bob Dylan. Let's just say he doesn't have the best voice, but he has amazing lyrics and music, and if he had a different voice, say Raul Rodgers', I don't think it would give the same raw impact.
It's not always about the voice, it can also be about what is with the voice. I can forgive a bad voice... bad lyrics, not so much.

If Biggie Smalls, Joe Cocker, Leon Russell, Bob Dylan, Taylor Swift, Rod Stewart and Glenn Medeiros can have #1 hits in respective genres, I can accept what MCR is doing.

Not everyone hates MCR.
And in my opinion they are amazing.
What is the point of this question??
Their isnt any actual reason for you to need to ask it except for putting other peoples taste of music down.
Im not being rude, but mcr are one of the biggest bands at the moment so they cant be that bad can they? hmm
EDIT: The kunt2 i just read your answer, and your wrong. just because you dont like mcr it doesnt mean you have to go making up lies about them. MCR are trying to help kids save their lives, their not promoting suicide. idiot

Who gives a flying ****! Personally I have never got into those bands, I love more of the zappa, floyd zeppelin etc! But It has never bothered me what other people listen to! The world come in many shapes, sizes, outlooks and opinions. Each to their own, live and let live, I could go on. But I will say You like what you like they like what they like lets just be nice to each other it's Christmas! Be cool.

I don't know how you can say they have a terrible voice? But we all have our own opinions and if your gonna say something nasty like that its best you keep it to yourself.

people like what they like. I happen to like MCR. Obviously, you don't. Sure you are free to express your opinion, but don't ask why people like something you don't because people are just going to come back w/ smart aleck remarks.

I like them, so what if you dont!!!
Maybe the lyrics mean something to people, maybe they like the band for what they stand for.
Their are other reasons to like certain peoples than what they look like or what they do ,ya know...
i think they are really exciting , thats why i like them.
and if you dont, then thats your opinion
