Ben...
I have been philosophically opposed to term limits for as long as I have been voting, on the belief that if the country elects a despot or an idiot, they will have the wisdom to see the error of their choice and summarily turn him out at the next opportunity, with (we hope) minimal damage being done to the country or the planet. So, at one time, I would have responded with an enthusiastic "Yes!" to the general question about removing them.
But after watching the lunatic fringe of my fellow citizens elect the stupidest man alive to be the President of the most powerful nation on earth, not once but TWICE, and after witnessing just how much damage a buffoon in that office can cause in a short period of time, I confess I am more persuaded than ever that term limits are a very good idea. GW is the poster child for them.
Therefore, I vote a resounding "No!"

thats a good thing because it would allow Bill Clinton to run for president the 3rd time too. And then like Bush father was defeated by Bill Clinton, Bush will be beaten too.

We wouldn't have to do that. He'll declare Martial Law and he will be still president or in this case the D word.

Are you crazy. Bush with unlimited terms is like amending the constitution for how the country and civilization should fall and be destroyed? It would clearly state by poor leadership.

ROTFLOL- Sorry buddy this isn't Venezuela. It's bad enough we have a whole other year to go before Bush is nothing more than a bad memory for us.

I do like our president, however, I fully support term limits. We gave ROOSEVELT four terms. The same guy who "neglected" to tell Truman about the atomic bomb.

If this were terrible nightmare land. By the way, to all of you non-Texans out there, W's accent is completely made up. No one in Texas has that kind of accent or whatever you call it. W just made it up from movies or TV shows or whatever. And his accent has become more pronounced while he's been away from Texas in D.C.
P.S.- Dear Overlord Cheney, please don't tap my phone. Or worse. Much, much worse.

No, only because I support term limits on the office.
This is a pot stirring question of little value.
