March 23, if you're talking about Easter 2008;
It could also be March 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, or March 31.

your birthday is whatever date in March you were born on. Easter is celebrated in both April AND in March..depending on the year (and a lot of other factors).
