I'm 13 also, and there's not really much you can do besides babysitting. Depending on where you live, you probably can't get an actual job until you're around 16.

You know obviously that your to young to work at any place that is legate obiously. So, if you like babysitting, or cleaning , or even gardening . These are things that you can do . To get started if you have a penny saver paper where you live, you can usually run an add free. Or post a note at your church, or grocery store. But , put age on there that way you arent disappointed if they call and then let you down due to age. Lots of elderly woman , need help and they would love the company if someone came and vacumed or cleaned. Baby sitting is great for girls to and most schools or clubs thru school even offer a class for cpr and different things you need to know before babysitting without experience. If you start sitting and get a good reputation from parents your weekends will be booked all the time.

do odd jobs around your neighborhood or apartment complex. i also found out recently that you have to take babysitting classes to babysit, at least where I live. guess when the weather gets warmer. I don't know! Same boat and it sucks!
I sell gum at school to make a little extra cash but it is really easy to get caught though.

Do you need working papers?? get them and start looking for work---no one can suggest anything--we don't know where you are, how smart you are--and if there are any jobs close to you. Home and school are most important at your age--when do you have time to work??

Baby sitting is an option but don't concentrate to much on it you have your academics. Else if you have the talent to write than write stuffs to magzine which would give you money. Or write a book.

Babysitting, mowing lawns/shoveling snow, paper route. That's about all someone your age is allowed to do.
