Anybody can get a doctoral degree through the mail. No, that's not a good selection device.
Possibly voting for doctors that have given large numbers of successful abortions would be a good approach. The guy with the highest numbers ...wins.

I would never vote for a doctor. 99% of them have ZERO business sense. They're penny wise and pound foolish. Most of them are clueless about how to do anything outside of medicine.
