Yes - blaring radios are generally banned by "disturbing the peace" laws.

If a "public vehicle" is being used to break the law then it should be stopped.

Absolutely. As long as other people outside your vehicle can hear it, it should be illegal. Sometimes I'm driving next to someone blaring their speakers and I can't even hear my own music on a normal level. People who have loud speakers want nothing except attention for themselves. They annoy everyone else around them and are being selfish by blasting their speakers, especially afterhours.

Yes it's wise - I enjoy my hearing and don't want those obnoxious ******* ruining it. There's no point in having it that loud unless hearing aids are the new "must have" accessory.

only if we want the riders to not have to wear heaing aids by the time they are 30

my friend's father was one of the 5 pilots trained to drop "the bomb" - - so many missions - and he cannot hear a flute
when it is played
