Try using the Firefox program instead of explorer. It usually has less problems and runs faster. I put the link below.
If that does not work, try re-downloading your host company's software.
Hope this helps.

I'm not sure about the 10 o'clock thing. It sounds like some sort of restriction control setting, like the others are saying...
In terms of Internet Explorer... I'm not sure what type of connection you use. I HOPE it's not dial-up 56k modem, because those SUCK! I am using a cable modem, and I ALSO had problems with the newest version of Internet Explorer (7.0), at first. Here is how I fixed it. This should work if you connect through a broadband connection (cable or DSL) which is always on...
Open Internet Explorer.
Go to "tools"
then "Internet Options"
then the "Connections" tab
Press the "LAN Settings" button
Leave everything unchecked, EXCEPT for "Automatically detect settings"
Make sure that option IS checked.
Then hit "OK"
"Apply" the changes, and close everything, including Internet Explorer.
Then restart it. Now it should work.
Generally, Internet Explorer is a piece of junk, and I highly recommend installing Firefox instead. The only thing I use Internet Explorer for is Microsoft Windows Updates, which isn't even necessary if you have "Automatic Updates" enabled on your computer. Also, certain browser activities, like uploading photos onto MySpace, sometimes works better on IE, depending on your settings. Lastly, I used to need IE in order to log into my wireless router. But I don't HAVE a wireless router anymore. So it's better to stick with Firefox.
Good luck. I hope that helps.

Someone might have installed a firewall, or a proxy server or some other similar software and would have entered this restriction of blocking ie after 10. Try to find all programs which were installed just before this problem first started.
