I know that well. When I came to the new school, 4 years ago, it happened to me as well. I felt terrible not because of getting no presents but because of feeling I had no friends. And this year I have not got almost anything as well because of the financial situation. And the atmosphere in my family is not very good either. But cheer up! I think that if you know there are people who love you that could be the reason why to feel pleased.Try to have fun with your friends- play games, watch films, just have fun. It is very good, relaxing and it is free. Happy New Year! :)

Don't feel bad. I haven't gotten a present from my husband in over 20 years. My son has never bought me a present for Christmas yet and he is 32 years old. I still get them stuff, my husband says I can buy something myself if I want it but it isn't the same as a surprise.
It was sweet of you to think of others.

Dude!!! Chirstmas is not about receiving presents, it's about giving and learnig the aspect of why we're here. You're not suppose to make this all about you and what you're gonna receive from anyone else on Xmas day. I got one thing and that was from my parents, the best gift they gave me was a ticket to go see them . Lighten up bro!! It's all about feeling good and being with family.

mY friend, you have been sucked into the commercialisation of Christmas. Christmas is about spending time and interacting with people you care about. In the past I have gone to considerable expense and thought to buy people presents only to:
1. get a dudd present myseld...i.e. one that clearly has been hanging around the house of the present-giver to the point it looks second-hand and then I get this **** recycled xmas gift
2. a xmas present that is something that the present giver is tryng to convert me to i.e. their stupid Christian sect they are trying to convert me to
3. get yelled at for wasting money
4. get told I only bought the present so I could use it
THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT WIN ARE THE SHOPS. PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN HAPPILY MARRIED FOR OVER 30 YEARS DON'T ACTUALLY BUY THE OTHER ANYTHING AS A XMAS PRESENT. THEY BUY WHAT THE WANT DURING THE YEAR.
DON'T FEEL BAD YOU GOT SUCKED IN, BY/BUY TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING.. IT HAPPENS TO US Y'ALL

I know it sounds corny but its better to give than to receive. You still may get some things. Maybe you are just a better person. I still believe that if you are a nice person good things will eventually happen for you. I'm sure you will get something. Merry Christmas!

That is not the true meaning of Christmas. You should be thankful that you have people in your life that you can give gifts to. Your gifts will come back in a way that you initially didnt expect. My gift to you, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

You have gifts all around you. Friendship, people to GIVE gifts to, etc. Giving gifts usually gives me more pleasure. The older I get, the more pleasure I get out of giving gifts rather than receiving them. Cheer up, look around I am sure you have a lot more than most people, & I am sure you have some wonderful gifts coming your way!

Next year I planning on sending everyone something. In return don't really care if I don't get nothing in return. It doesn't bother me. The good lord will just keep loving me.
