"Bach Gammon" is composed by what songs? Thecomposers are Bach, Tchaikovsky, P. Senneville, Brahms by the way

Basically Richard Clayderman mixed up the well known songs of Bach, Tchaikovsky, P. Senneville, and Brahms to form "Bach Gammon", but I dont know these songs name. I know one of them is "Swan Lake". Please help!

Here is what I was able to catch:

beginning: Bach, Toccata and Fugue in d minor
0:29:Tshaikovsky, Swan Lake
1:05: Bach again
1:33: Brahms, Hungarian Rhapsody no. 5
1:48: Bach again

Never heard of Senneville.
Who is he?
