Both can get 10 game win streak like Portland did.
However Mavs may get it earlier since they have won 6 games in a row now while Suns only 1 game.
Which one can get longer winning streak (more than 10 games); Mavericks has better chance.
As mentioned earlier, they can more balance between offense and defense. Also they are not too dependent on Dirk anymore. He has not performed at his best but they still manage to win many games. Suns are a bit too dependent on Nash.

Pheonix Suns are more likely to get a 10-game winning streak. The Mavs are a little wobbly coming into the season and are still trying to find their pace.
While the Suns are doing what they do best. Their offense is as spectacular as ever and their players are as efficient as ever. They've been red hot lately.
No need to rush Raja Bell's return. They're 6-0 when without him thhis season. Probably because of Barbosa's play : 25.7ppg, .575% in the field and 543 from beyond the arc. He's red hot as well.

Both teams could easily get a 10 game win streak going, but I'd say the Mavericks are more likely because they can win with defense or offense. Suns can beat anyone, but also get beaten by anyone.

both, because they can , the mavs have dirk, howard, terry and the otherone that's good, gosh Harris! Harris, that's his name. The suns have nash, stoudmire, Grant hill, who is looking sharp, these are good teams, expect in streaks of 10 or more for euither of them throughout the season, and i excpect to see some rivalary Eh?
