There is no way for us to know how many calories that is, if different for all the different brands. Plus saying "some ice cream" does not tell us the serving size. Read the back of the box and tally it up throughout the day sometime. You can get nutritional information for fast food places online, or at the restaurant. That being said, you may not be eating too much..but what you are eating is crap...and totally unhealthy. You really should eat better. There was no mention there of any fruits or vegetables (well other than the small piece of lettuce and tomato on your burger...but that does not count). Don;t worry about how much you are eating right now, worry about eating healthier foods first...then work on serving sizes. By the way, there are 850 calories in 1 double whooper. That's 1,700 calories for 2. Just that is nearly the limit for the daily reccommended calories of a 2,000 calorie diet. Not good!!! On top of that you are eating all sorts of other junk. You really need to change your diet.

Well to be honest I don't think that it's healthy. Junk food and soda have a whole lot of calories. One burger king meal has enough calories to satisfy a whole day's calories intake of 2000 calories. All the things you ate are worth about a 3 day intake of daily calories, which counts about to 5000 calories. Its ok to eat a lot, as long as its not just junk food, becuase it cluggs your arteries and it may create a problem in the future. But at the same time you should not deny yourself the food you like, just eat it in smaller amounts, and a lil less often if you can :)

As long as you're happy with it and your body, it's fine.
Unless you're eating for the sake of it or something. Umm try eating only when you're hungry if that's the problem?
