What is Major Servicing apart from the standard car servicing.

It depends basically on the type of car (salon or 4x4), kilometer readings, GCC specs or not (2nd hand are mostly NOT tropicalized), etc.

Most of the major service is at 15,000km, 30,000 km and 50,000km. Major check includes disc brake and liners, spark plugs, alignment, etc..

Others are:

NEW Sparkplugs, Points and condenser.
NEW Airfilter.
NEW Plastic in-line fuel filter.
NEW Engine oil.
NEW Oil filter.
Computer Tune-up.
Carwash and Vacuum.

Checks has to include:

Visual check on driveshafts, steering, fuel lines and cooling system.
Check battery.
Adjust handbrake & test brakes.
Check "V" belts.
Electrical check and report.

of course change oil, check all fluids. Tires, breaks, battery. heat and a/c system transmission. hoses, belts.
