we always have turkey and ham at Christmas and christmas eve.......love the stuffing, mashed potatoes and turkey with lots of gravy and all the fixins.
also we order a honey baked ham to have for the people who don't care for the turkey dinner.
my favorite thing is to have turkey sandwiches the next day and turkey tacos, turkey enchiladas and all the fixins

Ham. There are so many other good things to eat, we think turkey is too rich and too much trouble for the cooks. Ham is good and easy so it always gets the vote.

We have 32 people for x-mas dinner so Ham, Turkey Lamb and Roast Beef so every one can have their choice. I'm having Lamb as I'm cooking it and get first choice.
