The mistletoe thing seems to have been a bigger deal with people I have known than me and my family. I have stood under some as I entered a friend's house and had a male friend rush over and plant one on me. After seeing my stunned/surprised expression he pointed at the mistletoe and began explaining that I wouldn't be standing there if I didn't want a kiss. Ever since then I notice at Christmas if someone has some hanging in their home. I have found my thoughts wandering to who around I wouldn't mind having that scenario replay with and who I'd rather not. It's been a while since I have met anyone who hangs some of that stuff up and I now have the one kisser I always welcome a kiss from mistletoe or not, my sweet, generous and loving husband. :D
