Change it's density by adding something to it. For instance, water boils faster with corn starch added.

Yes, the boiling point change is a colligative property, based on the number of molecules or ions that a solute in a solvent will provide per volume of solution times a solute-dependent constant. We use ethylene glycol in water to create a higher-boiling coolant in the summer and a lower-melting point anti-freeze in the winter.

Different pressure (can be changed by boiling at different altitudes, or putitng the solution into a closed high/low pressure environment), and adding (or subtracting) other substances into/from the solution.
