how about Eyes by Rogue Wave? Its a short song, though, used for tv series heroes... or Hey There Delilah by Plain White T's, Stolen by Dashboard Confessional, Love Like This by Natasha Bedingfield (the acoustic version sounds better) try Marie Digby's cover version of Umbrella
