Many political people have talked about it happening in the past and to quote George H. Bush "we have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations, a new world order. a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. and when we are successful, which we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which incredible united nations......" - odd how one of his new world order speeches came on 9/11/91. 10 years before 9/11

As long as technology advances & the world continues to get smaller then yes we are heading toward a world government. Much like you would see in Star Trek. But there are many things that could happen that could keep this from happening. Wars, Meteors, Plagues ect. There are several things that could push us back Technology wise. But as long as it continues to move forward & the world continues to get smaller then yes it is on it's way. There are other Worlds out there & i'm sure there is life elsewhere. If Jesus doesn't come back right away & the World doesn't end like everyone thinks. The Star Trek scenario is quite plausible in a 1,000 years.

Well, "new world order" is kind of vague.
Picture nations all over the world adopting democracies, free markets and human rights. Wouldn't that be a new world order?
It doesn't have to be anything sinister, like some secret cabal plotting a one world gov't. It's just a vague phrase that sounds optimistic.
Clinton talked about a "new paradigm." Should we read anything sinister into that as well?

The New World Order would exist without many people being aware of it. That's why the idea remains a conspiracy. Nobody would sit idly with the verifiable knowledge that we live under a New/One World Order and are no longer really free.
So based on what many think the NWO is, it would indeed already be upon us, governing every aspect of our economy and lifestyles, while we remain basically clueless.
So why do people deny it? Well the funny thing is this. LEAST often is it the conservatives or Republicans who accept the possibility of this conspiracy, citing the fact that there is no preponderance of evidence for its existence. Yet it is the same conservatives/Republicans who are predominantly theists, believing in a higher power in spite of the dearth of evidence. Interesting, eh?

And obfuscating the context of a speech by President Bush gives credence to this nonsense?

How George Bush used "New World Order" is a LOT different from how the paranoids use it. We deny the paranoids. Bush's idea of Rule of Law-- what's wrong with that? Do you prefer the Law of the Jungle?

I think your spot-on
Novus Ordo Seclorum
that means "New World Order"
where is it seen?
over the Eye of Horus on the back of a buck-
Why would Herbert Walker be saying that? Would he as the president be spewing words with thoughtlessness or digging on the hidden significance of the intentions?
So if one thinks it thoughtless... is that then a condemnation of his presidency?
hey- just asking...
but GREAT QUESTION pink! (Cool name, too! Fellow Roger Waters fan - yeah!)

I don't deny it, and wouldn't mind it, but it's that the same Satanic Whores who has been running the world almost forever and have created all the wars just to make money and now want to be the globalist rulers. They plan to depopulate the world by 75% because they would have and presently have a hard time controlling 6 billion people. The remaining people would be like plantation slaves to these monsters. Bush may talk nicely about it, but like his kid, he's nothing but lying and disgusting filth.
