When you find that all roads lead to nowhere, even amongst the wisest in the group, the only route moving forward is to discoverer a love for wisdom.

So, by default you must become a student of philosophy to embark upon the road less travelled.

However, this is not always the case. Many a student of philosophy began with a love for philosophy rather than a love for wisdom. For those of this ilk, a philosophical existence does not wait in the wings.

Students of philosophy either love wisdom or they love philosophy. This is why the endeavor is attempted.
