Well, my friends birthday is like around May but I just recently thought of this idea. Basically he's a big 'Vital Signs' fan (which is a pakistani band which i dont know much about, but i know they broke up more than a decade ago) anyways, I look on eBay and googled around for any Vital Signs T-Shirts but I couldnt find any. So I thought of getting one made, by sending in their logo to some t-shirt making place. This is where i am wondering, Is this legal? If so, where can i get this done at what price, I live in Mississauga, Canada so i would want something local or mail would be fine i guess...
Also how is this for a gift idea?

Quite possibly you can do this because it is for personal use. It would be quite a different story if you made them to sell as they would own the copyright to their logo.
I think the idea is great!

It isn't legal, so a company probably wouldn't do it. You could possibly get some iron-on transfer paper and print a picture of them, then iron it onto a shirt. Here are some Canadian sources for heat transfer paper
