The driving should not be too much of a problem.
If they see two young drivers in $100K car... well they might want to talk with you a while. - lol

Depending on where you stay, you may have to have a credit card. You might have some that will scoff at your age.
You may want to check out some youth hostels.
That could save you some money as well as concerns.

Always let someone know where you are at and where you are going. It really makes the fossils feel good that you check in. But if anything happens someone should know where you last were to start a search.

Have fun but keep your head on straight.

Just make sure to have a passport. And you will be able to book hotel room almost anywhere depending on the time of year. Some places in Florida do not like the whole Spring Break thing, so they will refuse those under a certain age or you can only have 2-4 people in the room. Just be safe, and always call someone for help if needed. There are a lot of crazy people out there. Have fun...sounds like a BLAST!!

well, you still have two years to go yet, so alot could change(the way the world is going) so keep looking into it, but yes you can but get your pass first, and yeah you can book a hotel if your 18, when in america they dont really care how old you are in most places...but if i was there i dont think i would come here, just my opinion hope all goes well

will need a passport

when you travel - and stop for gas - one stays with the car
AT ALL TIMES - - - -
we had one pump gas while the other hit the necessary room - and then traded off - - - - one of us was always at the car - in case somebody walked up to it to 'help us' fix it

of course, different when you go to a restuarant or to a hotel

but be smart!
both have a set of keys!
"know" where you are going
don't drive when you are tired (make misteaks-misteeks-mistaak - errors in judgement!)

and have a great trip
