How can those unhappy with the Congress unite and network to get some real results. Like form a club and link up somehow to get a united vote? Would need some serious Geek power to set up sites and communicate. But how and who has the juice to pull it off?otewomes e

Simply do not vote for the incumbent. You want change, vote for someone else. But that is not always easy either.
It is always representatives for some other district, never my own.

There are 435 members in the House of Representatives, and 100 in the Senate. All 435 are up for election every 2 years. One third of the Senators are up for election in 2008.

Do you want to "punish" Congress? Do you want change? Do you want to see this country grow as it should, without political infighting?

If you answer "yes" to any of these, simply put 435 new faces in the House of Representatives, and 33 new faces in the Senate. Democrat, Republican, or Independent, doesn't matter, as long as they are new faces.

If everyone voted against the incumbent, in EVERY election, that would be a start. Since they won't impose term limits on themselves, we could do it for them. Two or three elections like that, they'd get the message. It's time we the people showed our government that we are tired of the way they work. It's OUR country. They work for US. They have forgotten that, and it's time we reminded them. No matter who's in power, the Democrats or Republicans, things remain the same, no matter how they try to spin it. They are the same. We need to treat them as such.

Anyone with a computer can set up a website and e-mail.
How to get people to take notice and care is another matter. I'd venture to say people are too apathetic to get involved and change things, and the people who DO want change don't have the money to promote it. Nice idea, though. Viva la revolucion!

Flood them with your complaints and remember to vote them out of office the next time they run. People complain too much and do to little to fix things. Put your voice to work and support their opposition next election.
