Anyone who has been as good as you have this year needs a lighted landing pad next to the house. I happen to specialize in this.

I can install a concrete sleigh landing pad complete with sleighbell actuated strobes and approach lighting and all FAA required markings for approximately $14,375.

This is a low price to pay considering the average roof costs about the same.

As an alternative, you could just be really naughty during the next year. No cash outlay is required and it is LOTS of fun! No reindeer will ever foul your roof again.

Did you have cookie and milk by the fireplace? Watch it.........now.........any second now..........he is coming down the chimney.......that's why the reindeer is parked on your roof.

he does not care if your roof is new or old. He is coming anyway. Were you a good girl / boy? I can see that shiny packet with beautiful ribbon around it in his bag. Yup. It is for you. Don't be mad.........he will move away from your roof... soon. OK? he is way too busy today.

well . i would be really care full,
if there any damage to the roof , you need to sue SANTA
but proving ,there where in fact his reindeer's, will be hard, in any case ......
maybe you could involve SANTA'S reindeer's go wild over Christmas dept , of CSI . i bet they could at least , take a stool sample , lol lol
if all else fails , you could build a fence to prevent this happening ,ever again, i could give you a quote,
but ive never heard of 35ft high wire, fencing this in its self , could be a problem ,
but in the mean time ,
may i wish you a great Christmas's .........

These are special reindeer and they land on many types of roofs, they are surefooted and they step lightly. I normally give them a carrot or celery and the jolly fellow a cup of coffee with Irish cream. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
