Apparently my signal strength is low...

but when I was using it yesterday it was "good."
:/
It's even gone up to "very good" before.

But right now, it's on low.
And it's annoying.

Slowing down everything, pages takes so long to load.

]:
What's the problem?

It happens.

My main desktop, with direct connection to cable, instantaneous.

My secondary PC, upstairs, gets varying degrees of connectivity. Don't care to move it downstairs, so I put up with it.

We are not alone.

Firest off belkin arent an particularly reliable router kind besides. yet secondly its fairly a distance away, so the signalis haivng to bypass via partitions n stuff. i could purchase a protracted ethernet cable, get soem of the cable pins, so its no longer messy and trialeing for the period of the homestead, this menas you get an entire sign strneght nad cna shrink subject concerns whilst downlaoding updates, demos or taking part in on line. you jsut desire the ethernet cable, the router shoud have a fe ehternet ports on it anyeway. And a instant adapter won't artwork on the PS3 as you cant set up drivers onto a Ps3( there geared up for computing gadget's basically) As a temporay restore make constructive hte pc, or anyhting else, isnt usign the instant intenret at hte comparable tiem because of the fact the PS3, it wont be a brillaint strengthen, yet reliable sufficient till ultimately oyu get a protracted sufficient ethernet lead.

Try to check any electro magnetic devices that are interfering with the signal.
Like cellphones, cordless phones, wireless devices, hallogen lamps.
You can compare the signal by getting near the modem and going far from the modem.

Have you moved the location of your device? One general note about using wireless technology is that distance and obstructions such as walls weakens the signal.

if you have wireless dsl, cell phones, microwaves tvs mess it up put the modem by the window if you can

if you have standard ground dsl, its usually not the dsl, its your computer, clean up the spyware adware registry etc.

if you have cable dsl other people using it can slow it down.
