Hi i have recently decided to revamp my image but at the same time I am concerned that it is not worth the effort. What tips would you give me to make me better looking? Am i a really ugly person or do i have potential to look good?????

You kinda remind me of Luke in the original Star Wars. Dress like him!
I would forget the looks myself and concentrate on making loads of $$$$. You'll never have an image problem if you're loaded. :)

Your hair is gorgeous and your face is a close second. I agree with the new haircut, but not too much . Go to a higher priced salon and let them guide your choice. You want a little shorter and closer on the sides, but hey, do not ever think you could pass for ugly even if you tried. You are a heartbreaker.!!!!!

dont be cheap, and go to a nice salon (25$+). but dont cut too short, semi long is in. if that doesnt work, spend the $ on someone to make you feel better. sometimes it pays off to spend some time on someone else, its not always about you.

OK well you are not ugly all you need is a haircut. For your facial features i recomend short and spiky. Thats gonna look hot. Just shorten it.

I would seriously consider cutting your hair..and maybe going to a dermatologist..or maybe just getting a slight tan..but other than that..your cute!!
