Sure sounds like a memory stick(ram) is not seated correctly. Disable the power open up case, gound yourself to the case and check the ram for proper seating.
Good Luck

You computer is not passing the POST test. The POST (power on self test) test tells you that the computer did not pass this test. What causes you computer to fail this test?
(a) New hardware not cooperating with the old
(b) Bad or failed hardware device
(c) Faulty connections

Each time the computer boots up it checks the following.
(1) Tests the power supply
(2) CPU
(3) BIOS
(4) CMOS
(5) CPU must read the memory bus and memory module
(6) First 64KB of memory must work
(7) I/O bus must be accessible
(8) I/O must me able to read/write (video RAM)

If your computer fails these steps you will receive a beep code.
Search for your beep code on this page:

Good luck sir.

look in the motherboard manual ... for the beep sequence
it could be the memory is not seated right. or bad memory..
it could be any of a number of things...
keyboard
mouse
memory
video card.
hard drive.
when a computer boots up it looks for all the hardware in the system,,, if something is missing then it won't boot up...

Sounds like a beep code for memory,(ram), isn't being 'seen'. Might be loose in it's slot.
